Miss Vicky's Kinder/1st combo class completed The Love Bug Challenge! They needed to engineer a path out of straws, Cuisenaire rods, and tape to make the "Love Bug" (Hexbug) get from the heart starting line to the candy Conversation Hearts finish line!

Exploring Earth's Temperature
Physical Science: Heating Earth's Surface
Scientists used McKinley's garden to test temperatures. They first experimented by touching various objects and recording their data on iPads, using Seesaw. Then, they got to select new objects, draw them, and record the temperature words that best described their found objects.
